Follow the Rules

This was drawn at the beginning of my art class. I was bored so i doodled on the back of the handout, thus the backwards words over half of his body. He was going on and on about obeying the rules of art class. This actually stared out as just a bald man, but by the time he was finished with his speech, he had grown horns, a goatee, pointed teeth, pointed ears, and a vein on the side of his head.
