Mr. Brown

This is the Charming Mr. Brown. He teaches World Geography and High School Sucksess (oops, did i spell that wrong? Nah, It's just my imagination). I had drawn a random picture of a random guy saying this phrase, and somebody told everyone that it was Mr. Brown. It looked nothing like him, so i decided to do one that actually looked like him in the middle of his rant about the class being noisy.
